Commissions

Sea Art Studio welcomes requests for commissions and custom works. View our gallery and custom works for available themes and designs or let us design one specifically for you.

Ordering

All of our tiles are available. When ordering please specify whether your tiles will be installed as a wall tile or a framed work of art. For any work of art you would like to purchase please contact us directly by email, or telephone for pricing information until a price list is made available on our website. You may also contact us and we will get back to you. Sea Art is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the personal information of all visitors to this site.

Terms

Payment must be received before tiles are shipped. Large orders or custom designs require a 50% deposit with balance due prior to shipping.

Shipping

We ship UPS or USPS priority mail with shipment tracking and insurance. The buyer is to pay all shipping and insurance charges.

Availability and Lead Times

Timelines to create each order may vary. Every effort is made to adhere to the following guidelines: small orders 1-2 weeks, medium to large orders 2-3 weeks, and particularly large, intricate or custom orders 2-4 weeks. When placing your order please inquire as to lead times.

Installation

For tiles that will be installed a colored grout closest to the shade of the natural colored sand background is suggested. For tiles going directly into a shower or above a kitchen range, for best results use an epoxy grout.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only due to damage during transit. Please inspect tiles immediately upon delivery. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 72 hours of receipt, without exception. Replacement of this product will not be made after this time period as elapsed. Sea Art Studio reserves the right to inspect damaged merchandise at the time the claim is made. No claims will be honored after installation. Sea Art Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement of tiles, if a claim is deemed proper and sufficient.

Warranty

Sea Tiles are made to last for a lifetime when properly installed or framed as a work of art. Sea Art Studio assumes no liability for improper installation or damage caused upon installation, and is not responsible for any costs of labor, installation or removal of tiles. This warranty does not cover damage to product caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance.

Sea Art Studio owns copyrights on all designs and photos. This includes commissioned custom works of art that will not be reproduced.
